What if I need to cancel a booking?

If for whatever reason you need to cancel our policy is 100% refund 14+ days in advance of your booking, 50% refund 7-14 days in advance. 0% refund 6 days or less.

What if the weather is bad and I have booked an outdoor day?

We will always aim to go ahead if weather permits and the weather can change at the last minute. If we have to cancel the date you have booked due to bad weather we will move your booking to an alternative date free of charge.

Do I need to climb at a certain grade to take part in coaching sessions or any other course?
No, coaching and all courses are open to all abilities and levels of climbing. If you are worried about this please get in touch.
What if I have booked a session with Climbnation and the wall we are due to meet at is not open at that time?

We will get in touch to make sure the time works for everybody.

Can I book sessions or courses as a present for someone?

Yes you can but please get in touch once you have purchased your product to let us know it is a gift.

Do I need my own equipment?

No, We can supply all necessary equipment but if you have your own you can obviously use it.

Where will the course or session take place?

All of the outdoor courses take place in the Peak District but if there is somewhere you would like me to run a course get in touch. All indoor sessions will take place at one of the many climbing and bouldering walls in the West Midlands, this will be decided based on what facilities we need. If you would like me to run a coaching session somewhere specific then get in touch.
